- One company workspace with up to three users
- An editable starter funding profile and suggested search phrases
- Discovery across supported federal grants and R&D contract sources
- Preliminary AI review to separate Shortlist, Watch and Skip
- Up to 20 deep-dive reviews per calendar month, subject to the workspace AI allowance
- Source-document visibility, a shared pursuit tracker and weekly deadline email option
- No success fee and no automatic usage overage charges
AI activity has a monthly workspace allowance and pauses when that allowance is reached; unused reviews do not roll over. Source coverage and document access vary. The plan is decision-support software, not a grant-writing or submission service.
Create your funding profile ↗How does the two-month minimum work?
You pay monthly, not $498 upfront. You may request cancellation from Account at any time. It takes effect at the end of the initial two monthly billing periods, or the current paid period if later. No new renewal follows that date.
Do I need to finish the entire Brandbook?
No. A company description and project summary are enough to prepare a starter profile and keywords. You review them before continuing and can add details later.
Will you find funding I can definitely win?
No. A relevant opportunity may still have eligibility or evidence gaps. We show the reasoning and open questions; the issuing agency decides eligibility and awards.
Is this right for my business?
The focus is for-profit companies developing, testing or demonstrating technology, especially U.S. R&D teams. It is not a general-purpose business loan finder or a directory of nonprofit grants. Non-U.S. companies should check each notice’s applicant rules before subscribing.
