Getting started
What does GrantQualified do?
GrantQualified helps for-profit companies find R&D funding worth pursuing. It searches supported federal grant and R&D contract sources for opportunities that match your funding profile, gives each a preliminary Shortlist, Watch or Skip recommendation, and on request runs a deep dive: a GO, NO-GO or NEEDS-INFO memo that checks eligibility and requirements against quotes from the official documents. A shared tracker and an optional weekly deadline email help your team follow through. It is decision support: it does not award funding or submit applications.
How do I get started?
Choose Get started and create a free account with Google or your work email. Then describe your project in a few sentences; GrantQualified prepares an editable starter funding profile and search phrases for you to review. When you are ready to search, choose the plan and pay securely with Stripe. Creating an account and preparing your profile does not start a paid subscription.
What can I do before paying?
Without a card you can create your account and review your AI-prepared funding profile and keywords. A paid subscription is needed to run discovery and opportunity analysis. You can also explore the public demo on the home page without an account.
Which funding sources do you search?
Discovery covers supported federal sources including SBIR.gov, Grants.gov, SAM.gov contract notices, DoD SBIR/STTR topics (DSIP), the Federal Register, Department of Energy funding exchanges and ARPA-E, the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), DHS forecasts, federal prize challenges listed on USA.gov and the Defense Industrial Base Consortium. Source coverage and document access vary, and an agency outage can limit a scan; the app shows each source's status.
What is a deep dive and how long does it take?
A deep dive reads the full solicitation and related documents for one opportunity and writes a GO, NO-GO or NEEDS-INFO memo: eligibility checks, key dates, award amounts, risks and first actions, each backed by quotes from the source. It usually takes one to two minutes; you can keep working and the result appears in the activity panel. Always verify the final requirements with the issuing agency.
Can my team use it?
Yes. A workspace includes up to three users. Invite teammates from Account so each person signs in with their own login; please do not share a login.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
One plan: $249 per month for your company’s workspace, billed monthly, with a 2-month minimum ($498 before discounts), then month to month until you cancel. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. It includes one company workspace with up to three users, up to 50 deep dives and $25 of AI-processing allowance per month (whichever limit is reached first), a shared tracker and deadline emails. There are no success fees and no automatic overage charges.
What are the monthly limits?
Each workspace gets up to 50 deep dives and $25 of shared AI-processing allowance per calendar month (UTC). Profile generation, preliminary scoring and deep dives all draw on the allowance, so it can run out before 50 deep dives on long documents; the first limit reached applies. New AI work pauses until the next month; nothing is billed automatically and unused allowance does not roll over. Dashboard and Settings show what remains.
How is payment handled?
Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes your card; GrantQualified stores only billing identifiers and subscription status, never your full card details. Invoices and payment methods are managed from Account.
Can I use a promotional code?
Yes. Enter the code in Stripe Checkout and review the amount due before paying. A valid promotion lowers the standard price but does not remove the two-month minimum.
How do I cancel?
You can request cancellation from Account at any time. It takes effect at the end of the initial 2 monthly billing periods, or the current paid period if later, and payments due within the initial commitment remain scheduled. Access continues through paid periods. For billing errors or refund requests, use Email support below.
Signing in
I can't sign in. What should I try?
Check the email address for typos and make sure you use the same method you signed up with: Continue with Google, or email and password. If you forgot your password, use Forgot your password on the sign-in page to get a reset link. If you just signed up, confirm your email with the link we sent (check spam). If none of that works, use Email support below and we will help.
I signed up with Google. How do I sign in?
Choose Continue with Google on the sign-in page and pick the same Google account. Accounts created with Google do not have a separate password, so the email-and-password form will not work for them unless you set a password with Forgot your password.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page choose Forgot your password, enter your account email and we will send a secure link to set a new password. The link can take a few minutes; check spam if it does not arrive.
I didn't get the confirmation email.
Confirmation emails can take a few minutes and sometimes land in spam. On the sign-in page, try signing in: if your email is not confirmed yet, you will see an option to resend the confirmation email. Signing up with Google skips this step.
Your data
What happens to my data?
Your account email, company and project descriptions, profile, saved opportunities and usage records are stored to run the service. Your project description and retrieved source documents are sent to the configured AI provider for analysis. Do not upload classified, CUI, export-controlled or sensitive patient information. The Privacy Notice has the details.
How do I export or delete my data?
Workspace owners can export saved records from Account. Canceling does not delete a workspace; to request deletion, use Email support from your account email and name the workspace. We verify your authority before deleting, and some billing, security or legal records may be retained as required.
Are you a government agency? Do you submit applications?
No. GrantQualified is independent decision-support software, not a government agency. Funding decisions belong to the issuing agencies. We do not submit applications, guarantee eligibility or success, or charge success fees.
