Clear expectations, before you start.

GrantQualified provides funding discovery, AI-assisted evidence review and pursuit tracking for for-profit companies. Creating an account and preparing a starter profile does not start a paid subscription. Subscription billing is available only when activated and explicitly accepted at checkout.

Monthly subscription

The plan is $249 per company per month with a two-month minimum ($498), billed monthly, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. After the initial two monthly billing periods, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. A workspace includes up to three users and up to 20 deep-dive reviews per calendar month, subject to the workspace’s stated AI allowance. Activity pauses at usage limits; extra usage is not automatically billed and unused reviews do not roll over.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from Account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the initial two monthly billing periods, or the current paid period if later. Payments due within the initial commitment remain scheduled. Access continues through paid periods while payments remain current. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support@grantqualified.com. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Decision support, not an award promise

Funding information and AI recommendations can be incomplete, stale or incorrect. Verify eligibility, deadlines and submission requirements with the issuing agency. We do not award funding, guarantee eligibility or success, or submit applications on your behalf. No success fee is charged.

Your information and responsibilities

Provide accurate company information, secure your login and review AI-generated suggestions. Your starter profile is a draft, not verified evidence of ownership, certifications or partner commitments. Do not upload classified, CUI, export-controlled or sensitive patient information. Use source materials within their permitted terms.

Service availability and saved work

Source coverage and access to documents vary. A source outage may limit discovery or analysis. Owners can export saved workspace records from Account. Existing internal workspaces are managed separately from paid subscriptions.
