Know what you’re sharing.

Use a non-confidential description to get started. Your company and project context help prepare your profile, find opportunities and evaluate relevance. For privacy, export or deletion requests, contact support@grantqualified.com.

Information used

The service stores account email, company and project descriptions, generated profiles, keywords, team membership, saved opportunities, billing identifiers and usage records. These support authentication, discovery, analysis, account administration and operational security. Providing an email for an account is not consent to a marketing campaign.

AI processing

Your submitted project description is sent to the configured AI provider to prepare a starter profile. Later analysis can include company context and retrieved source documents. Generated suggestions are saved for review. A website address entered during setup is saved as a reference; the starter flow does not automatically read it. Do not assume all model providers have identical retention or processing terms.

Service providers

The application uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, configured AI providers for analysis, and configured email providers for notifications. When billing is enabled, Stripe handles payment details; the application stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not your full card details.

Access, export and deletion

Workspace owners control team access and can export records from Account. Authorized platform administrators can access workspaces for support. Deleting a personal login does not automatically delete a shared company’s records. Contact us to request deletion or discuss retention and any required operational or legal records.

Before sharing sensitive information

Do not upload classified, controlled unclassified, export-controlled or sensitive patient information. This is not represented as a certified environment for those data categories. Final operator, retention and data-processing documentation must be completed before live commercial activation.
